Financial Controller @ Multi Billion PE Investment Fund

Job Description

A boutique client of ours is a Private Investment Fund that is building out their finance operations. Joining a team that are all young!

\n

\n

This role will be a lead financial role reporting to Head of team. This will be the lead professional working directly with BIG4 service providers and fund administrators as well.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Build out Fund finance and accounting for US investments including budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, accounting, and all transactions
    • \n
  • Analyze accounting and financial performance
    • \n
  • Create policies and procedures
    • \n
  • Work with BIG4 to execute Audit and tax compliance
    • \n
\n

Requirements/Qualifications :

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor degree; Master's, MBA, CPA a plus
    • \n
  • 8-15years’ experience in PE or Fund Accounting/Finance
    • \n
  • Excel, and PowerPoint, preferred
    • \n
  • Exceptional project management skills
    • \n
\n
