Your mission
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to play a central role in technical support and business development, helping customers implement advanced lighting control solutions with confidence.
What you will do
- Provide technical and commercial support to OEMs, distributors and system integrators in Italy.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the lighting control sector.
- Organise product demonstrations and technical training, both online and on site.
- Represent Hytronik at lighting fairs and industry events when required.
- Report and manage customer activity through CRM tools.
What you bring
- A background in lighting, electrical engineering or building automation.
- Experience in technical sales or project development with OEMs or system integrators.
- Good knowledge of DALI, Bluetooth Mesh or comparable lighting control systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written.
- An independent, proactive and customer-focused mindset.
