What You’ll Do As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check‑ups, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home. Your Day‑to‑Day May Include Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry‑wall, exterior structures, and appliances. Ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally. Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed. Requirements Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade. CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property). Strong communication and customer service skills. Organizational and time‑management abilities. A collaborative, solutions‑focused, can‑do attitude. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The expected compensation range for this position is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
