Program ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive complex projects and initiatives across relevant areas. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding business needs, knowing how to create and manage the tools, conferring with users and studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle.Collaborating with the internal teams and vendors.Managing the program budget and communicating with all the stakeholders.Responsible for the strategic direction of operating systems in a company.Ensuring goals like customer satisfaction, and the team's performance, safety, and quality are met.Creating and maintaining accurate and timely reports of program status throughout the complete program lifecycle.Requirements and Skills:Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business management or a related field.6-9 years of proven experience in program management.Experience in managing cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with different levels of seniorityExcellent organizational skills and time management, with experience managing change and executing on multiple projects / initiatives at onceFamiliarity with project management best practices (project plans, RAID logs, scorecards, RACI)Team player with ability to work autonomously, deliver in fast-paced environment, remain positive and professionalUnderstanding of finance processes, infrastructure, and systems and technical skillsAbility to assimilate in an organization and proactively form working relationships with key stakeholdersCompensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 37,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
