Real Estate Investment Analyst - Summer Program

Responsibilities Support the evaluation of commercial real estate debt investments across various property types, structures, and geographies. Assist in gathering and analyzing market, economic, and legal data relevant to potential investments. Help build and update financial models, including cash flow projections, Argus models, and sensitivity analyses, under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in the due diligence and closing process for new debt originations by preparing materials and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Requirements Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028 Minimum GPA of 3.0 Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Core Competencies Demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical skills essential for evaluating commercial real estate debt investments, alongside proficiency in financial modeling and due diligence processes.
