Real Estate, Equity Summer Investment Analyst

Responsibilities You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Acquisitions analysts will be a part of a small team responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions. Build cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, comparable property sets, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition/development opportunities. Collaborate with partners, consultants, property managers and leasing brokers to manage a portfolio of operating assets, development projects, and/or repositioning projects across the risk spectrum. Drive asset performance through the execution of leasing, operational, financing, and disposition strategies. Support the asset management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including those in pre-development and development stages. Assist with communication and coordination among property managers, partners, and brokers. Help review property performance reports and assist in tracking key metrics. Contribute to the preparation of summary materials and respond to data requests from internal teams. Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities by supporting the analysis of acquisitions and developments across various risk profiles. Requirements Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required. Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability. Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
