Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Operations Coordinator to join a collaborative billing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, clerical, billing, invoicing, or office support experience looking for a stable, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue and process invoices daily using internal systems
Manage and organize a high-volume Outlook inbox
Allocate vendor invoices to shipment records
Ensure billing accuracy and follow customer-specific instructions
Maintain billing documentation and SOPs
Support billing operations in a fast-paced logistics environment
Qualifications:
12+ years of office, administrative, clerical, or billing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a repetitive, process-driven role
Basic Excel and Outlook proficiency required
Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus, but not required
Additional Details:
MondayFriday schedule with flexible start times
Overtime available during peak billing periods
