IT Service Analyst

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 2+ years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or service desk roles.
• We require hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• We require working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• We require experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine, or similar tools.
• We require strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• We require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• We require a strong customer service approach, including the ability to support executive-level users.
• We require the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.
• We require strong organization and close attention to detail.
• We prefer experience supporting enterprise environments with multiple office locations.
• We prefer experience working in professional services or legal organizations.
• We prefer familiarity with Zoom Rooms or conference room audiovisual technology.
• We prefer knowledge of ITIL principles or an ITIL Foundations certification.
• We prefer experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking.

• We provide first-line technical support by phone, email, walk-up requests, and remote assistance.
• We troubleshoot Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• We image, configure, and deploy laptops for new hires.
• We set up and test workstations, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and other equipment.
• We support Zoom Rooms and conference room audio/video technology.
• We help remote employees resolve connectivity and application problems.
• We support legal-specific applications, including document management systems and other business tools.
• We accurately record user interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system.
• We escalate issues to Infrastructure, Security, or Applications teams when needed.
• We maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, and accessories.
• We ensure adequate inventory is available for new hires and office requirements.
• We participate in office technology projects, relocations, and hardware rollouts as needed.
