Job Summary
Bluesun Services are hiring Solar Appointment Setters to generate qualified leads and schedule consultations for our solar sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in face-to-face communication and lead generation . Your focus is simple: start conversations, build interest, and set high-quality appointments .

What You’ll Do
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
Engage homeowners and introduce solar energy solutions
Qualify prospects and set appointments for solar consultations
Clearly communicate value and handle basic objections
Track daily activity and maintain appointment quality
Work closely with closers to ensure high conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working in outside sales / field environments
Positive attitude and high energy
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Preferred
Experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
Background in solar, roofing, alarms, or home services
