Order Management Specialist (SAP Required)

A leading manufacturing firm in Lewisville, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist for a premier, B2B in-office role—not a call center. In this position, you will accurately input and track complex client orders end-to-end within SAP, collaborating closely with production and logistics to ensure seamless, on-time delivery. Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and manage high-volume, highly detailed custom client orders, revisions, and billings in SAP.
• Monitor order progress through manufacturing and logistics phases to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for premier accounts, providing proactive updates on order status, timelines, and shipping logistics.
• Partner closely with Sales, Project Management, and the Warehouse/Logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies, material shortages, or shipping delays.

• Maintain precise, up-to-date client accounts and master data records within the ERP system.
