A+ Staffing is recruiting for a growing insurance agency seeking a Benefits Account Coordinator to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, highly process driven, and enjoys working through detailed processes while helping clients solve problems. The position is 100% in office at the agency's Addison, Texas location.

Experience in a physician's office, medical practice, or healthcare administration is strongly preferred. If you've worked with insurance claims, benefits, or coordinated with providers and insurance companies, your experience will transfer well to this role.

No insurance license is required to start. We will provide training and support as you learn the business and obtain your insurance license.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn the industry, grow with the agency, and take on additional responsibility over time.

Requirements:

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional when working with employers, employees, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers
• Willing to learn and obtain an insurance license
