We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Commercial/ HOA Account Manager to help expand our commercial business and strengthen customer relationships in the field.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial business and community associations through in-person visits and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow accounts
• Partner with referral sources such as property managers, real estate agents, and builders
• Evaluate customer needs, including conducting property inspections when needed
• Present customized pest control solutions and clearly communicate service value
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals (3–4 proposals per day on average)
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth

What We're Looking For

• A driven, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys working in the field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing

Physical Requirements
This role includes travel to customer locations and requires the ability to walk properties, climb ladders, navigate tight or uneven spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs.
