Automotive Receptionist

We’re searching for an efficient and organized dealership receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support for our auto group. Our new team member will serve as a greeter to our guests and exhibits excellent customer service skills in every interaction. Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phones, managing the switchboard, and keeping car dealership operations running smoothly. This individual must also field complaints and questions in a friendly and professional manner, implement automotive group standards to streamline processes, schedule appointments, order office supplies, and support our brand’s marketing through community events. Responsibilities: • Order office equipment and supplies, as needed • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of all skills related to receptionist duties duties • Direct incoming calls and customer complaints to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner • Generate car dealership status reports as requested to keep employees abreast on progress to goals • Build online marketing messaging, brochures, and email campaigns that highlight the car dealership Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary; some college experience is preferred • Displays strong time management skills and the ability to quickly and accurately complete detailed work • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly • Prior customer service or administrative support experience in an automotive dealership or showroom is a plus • Possesses excellent interpersonal communications skills and an enthusiasm for working with customers Compensation: 20 - 26 hourly
