Senior Payroll Specialist & Process Lead
General Dynamics
General Dynamics NASSCO seeks a Payroll Supervisor to lead day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while complying with laws and collective agreements. You will train staff, monitor metrics, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced shipyard environment. You should bring a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field with 6–8 years of automated payroll experience, preferably PeopleSoft, and strong timekeeping and tax knowledge.
