Desktop Support Technician

Onsite five days, Financial District — a short walk from Montgomery BART. This position supports
- Windows 10/11, laptops and desktops, imaging and setup
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory — resets, lockouts, account management
- Remote users on AVD and VPN
- Conference room AV before meetings
- 2+ years IT Desktop and/or Service Desk support
- Comfortable with Windows, M365, and AD
