Real Estate Professional Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, hungry, service-oriented real estate professional to join one of Utah's top-producing real estate teams.
This is NOT a traditional "wait for leads and hope" agent position.
This role is built for someone who:
- Loves working with people
- Wants a consistent opportunity
- Enjoys showing homes and converting clients
- Wants structure, systems, mentorship, and support
- Is willing to prospect, follow up, and work hard
- Wants to grow into a high-income real estate career
Our team sells 100+ homes per year and has built a strong reputation through marketing, client experience, and consistent production.
You will work directly inside our systems with leads, buyers, past clients, and active opportunities already flowing through the business.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $42,000 annual base salary
- Additional Compensation: 5% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) on closed buyer transactions
- Fuel reimbursement
- Team-generated opportunities and support
- Open house opportunities
- Structured prospecting time
- Coaching, systems, and mentorship
