Youth Services Case Manager

Goddard Riverside's Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center in New York, NY seeks an experienced, dynamic case manager for the Education and Workforce Program, serving ages 17–24. You will carry a caseload of up to 30 participants and work with a multidisciplinary team to address barriers, set SMART goals, and support educational and employment objectives. Weekly supervision is provided by the Clinical Director; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week with a salary between $47,115 and #J-18808-Ljbffr Goddard Riverside
