Private Fund Compliance Associate

Job Description
A leading Alternative Asset manager is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. Reporting into the CCO, this position will be a generalist and will assist in maintaining the firm's compliance program An ideal candidate will have prior experience in another Advisers Act Compliance role.
\n \nDay-to-day you will:
\n- \n
- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures. \n
- Review firm marketing materials \n
- Assist with various regulatory filings (ADV, PF, etc.) \n
- Maintain the firm's Code of Ethics. \n
You should apply if you:

- Have 2+ years in another RIA compliance role \n
- Private Fund Experience is a plus \n
