Senior Manager - Merchant Services Onboarding Implementations

Oversee Merchant Services Implementation and Product Setup Operations Manage Operations Implementation team and client onboarding Establish timelines and manage escalations for high-quality outcomes Develop and implement business unit strategies Serve as a strategic advisor on transformation efforts Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks Execute process improvement opportunities Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions Define OKRs and KPIs to measure success Serve as a subject matter expert in onboarding and implementation processes. Requirements 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience 3+ years Management or leadership experience Proven experience leading the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges Extensive knowledge of business execution and understanding of business Knowledge of financial business to business products & services Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills Proven ability to leverage data and analytics tools Expertise in creating persuasive presentations Proficient in MS Office suite – Power Point, Word, Excel. Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in Business Execution, Implementation, and Strategic Planning, with a strong focus on managing operations and client onboarding. Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and leverage data analytics to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
