About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to transport milk and dairy products to grocery stores, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, convenience stores, and other locations throughout the region. This is a local, heavy-touch delivery position requiring product unloading at each stop.

Pay & Schedule

Pay rate: $27.25 per hour
Sign-on bonus: $2,000, paid in three installments
Overtime available after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off
Start time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Typical workday: 8–10 hours
Hours per week: 40
Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Handling: Unloading with a hand truck or electric pallet jack
Delivery areas: Auburn, Albany, Binghamton, Utica, Watertown, and Syracuse

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL A vehicle on local delivery routes
Deliver milk and dairy products to designated locations
Unload products using a hand truck or electric pallet jack
Complete deliveries accurately and professionally
Maintain a clean and safe driving record
Follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations

Minimum Requirements

1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
