Job Title

The Automotive Service Advisor serves as the vital link between customers and the automotive service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.

Responsibilities
