We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the Cybersecurity Infrastructure (CI) TTO which defends our nation's most critical unclassified and classified networks. This position is on the Integration team supporting the CTI sharing data flow and associated services. The candidate will work with the CTIaaS-M2M team to develop and integrate Kubernetes hosted services in support of the CTI sharing mission components.

Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

• Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal;
• Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement;
• Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management;
• Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.

**This position requires PRIVAC. Candidate must have a current (within 7 years) poly and/or currently possess the minimum level of PRIVAC required for this role (NSYS).

**This position will be eligible for telework once candidate is integrated into the team.

Capabilities

• Experience developing containerized applications (Kubernetes/Docker)
• Ability to develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code
• Ability to debug complex, system-wide issues.
• Java Application (no front end necessary), REST
• Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Git
• Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
• A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area).
• A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

$68.92 - $125.89 an hour Pay Range: $68.92 - $125.89 per hour* Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
