Director, A&D Functional Leader - Corporate Business Technology

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director to lead Corporate Business Technology strategy across acquisition and divestiture transactions. This role manages technology integration and separation activities from due diligence through stabilization, requiring executive-level judgment and cross-functional partnership to deliver transaction outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of accountability for all CBT technology activities across acquisition and divestiture deal lifecycles
- Lead and coach CBT technical product owners and subject-matter experts on standardized A&D approaches
- Drive continuous improvement through reusable playbooks, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- Escalate and resolve CBT risks, issues, and cross-platform dependencies for deal transactions
- Define due diligence requirements and translate findings into clear recommendations for deal leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years managing large, multidisciplinary programs with proven transaction leadership
- Minimum 2 years of experience with acquisitions, divestitures, or investment collaborations
- Minimum 10 years in technology-focused roles with enterprise systems and business functions
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with forecasting accuracy track record
- Executive presence and ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Adaptability and agility managing multiple concurrent programs under tight deadlines
