Lease Administration Analyst - Level 2

As a Lease Administration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing lease administration tasks. This includes handling amendments, finances, invoices, rent payments, and processing all related information through the workflow system, Salesforce. You will ensure that lease terms are followed accurately and provide essential support in lease-related queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of lease administration.
• Handle amendments, finances, invoices, and rent payments.
• Process data in the workflow system, Salesforce.
• Receive and address invoices, notices, and questions regarding square footage, addresses, and dates.
• Understand and manage all aspects of lease agreements from inception.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a lease administration role.
• Basic accounts payable knowledge.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Ability to work remotely.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CoStar, MRI, or any lease administration database is a plus.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in PDF and MS Office Suite.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote. You will be expected to work 8-5 EST, aligning with client hours. A comfortable and quiet work environment is recommended to ensure productivity.

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
