Sales Team Leader
Iris Galerie offers the unique experience of revealing the beauty of our eyes through a unique macro photography process.

Here's what YOU get to do:
- Lead, support, and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
- Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a memorable experience in line with Iris Galerie's values
- Oversee the gallery's daily operations and ensure procedures are followed
- Drive sales performance through proactive leadership and on-the-floor coaching
- Ensure visual presentation and cleanliness of the gallery meet brand standards
- Participate in training new team members and supporting onboarding when needed
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage based on gallery needs
- Report key feedback and performance metrics to the Store/Assistant Manager
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in team supervision or leadership in a retail or service environment
- Positive and motivating leadership style
- Schedule flexibility (weekends and evenings may be required)
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Multilingual (23 languages spoken) is a strong asset
- Comfortable with digital tools (Adobe knowledge is a plus)
- Interest in art, photography, or customer experience-focused environments
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19 per hour
