This role focuses on developing attribution models, analyzing campaign performance (ROI, CPL, Conversion Rates), and providing actionable insights to Marketing leaders to improve pipeline contribution and overall GTM efficiency.***Your Role:**** Campaign & Program Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness of all marketing programs, channels, and campaigns (digital, content, events, etc.).* Demand Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion rates across every stage of the marketing and sales funnel, identifying key friction points and providing recommendations to accelerate velocity from Inquiry to Closed Won.* Marketing Technology & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate tracking and data quality within core marketing systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics) and their integration with Salesforce, working with the DX team as needed.* Attribution Modeling: Develop, maintain, and report on multi-touch attribution models to accurately credit marketing influence and investment across the customer journey.* Marketing Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Collaborate with Marketing leadership to forecast pipeline contribution, demand targets, and provide data to inform budget allocation decisions.* Stakeholder Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards that clearly visualize key marketing KPIs (MQL volume, CPL, pipeline contribution) for leadership and tactical teams.***Skills & Requirements:**** Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.* 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation Analytics, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.* Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).* Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from major Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).* Experience with multi-touch attribution methodologies.* Direct experience with Domo for BI development.* Advanced SQL proficiency for querying large datasets and building data models.* Strong proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Looker).***ModMed Benefits Highlight:*** At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
