Salary: $30-$35 an hour

Industrial Maintenance Technician I

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining company equipment and facilities in safe, reliable working condition to support daily production needs. This role operates at a foundational level and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

This position also supports and complies with the company's quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety policies, procedures, and programs. The role may involve direct communication with employees, customers, and external representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and apply basic electrical principles
Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
Troubleshoot equipment and maintenance issues
Utilize the maintenance ticketing system to document completed work
Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
Follow all regulations related to the identification, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste
Maintain clean and organized work areas across departments

Education & Experience:

Certificate from a college or technical school
2 years of working experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience

Schedule:

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay Range:
$30-$34 per hour, depending on experience
