- Build relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
- Engage with prospects to promote Express Employment services.
- Match associates to job openings and oversee the placement process.
- Provide ongoing support to associates and clients.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
