Job Responsibilities: Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies Manage vendor relationships, including resolving invoice discrepancies, handling payment inquiries, and maintaining accurate vendor records Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger support as needed Requirements: 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment Strong understanding of invoice processing, three-way matching, and general ledger coding Strong ERP system knowledge Why Choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
