We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time contract role, providing essential speech and language services onsite. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with students, collaborate with school staff, and make a real difference from now through June 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active California Speech Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience within school settings, ideally with middle or secondary grade levels
• Proficient in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and delivering therapy sessions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Must be organized, adaptable, and passionate about student development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Collaborate with educational staff to support student learning and communication
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document all sessions, updates, and evaluations in accordance with school and regulatory policies
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school events as required
