Step into a rewarding onsite opportunity supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, contract role runs through June 10, 2027, and offers 37.5 hours per week within a dynamic educational setting. You'll work alongside passionate educators, utilizing your expertise to help students achieve their communication goals and thrive academically.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current California Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of middle school student needs and IEP development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Committed to providing onsite services only

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy services to middle school-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Stay current with best practices and regulatory standards in school-based speech therapy
