Conduct thorough assessments of children, adults, and older adults, utilizing standardized tests and observation techniques.

Design and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on both immediate and long-term communication and swallowing objectives.

Engage in individualized therapy sessions to tackle aspects of language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, medical professionals, families, and caregivers to establish a holistic approach to patient care.

Provide educational resources to patients and their families, helping to extend therapy gains beyond our clinical settings.

Take part in occasional inpatient assessments and therapies, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for our patients.

Document all client interactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Pursue ongoing educational opportunities to keep up with the latest trends and practices in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.

Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment techniques suitable for all age groups, with extensive knowledge of developmental and acquired disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for building rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Flexibility to adjust therapy methods to cater to varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
