What You Will Do

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service department. Your primary mission is to deliver an exceptional, transparent experience that transforms first-time visitors into lifelong, loyal clients.

• Build Trusting Relationships: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their automotive concerns, and act as a dedicated liaison between the client and our service technicians.

• Consultative Communication: Clearly explain diagnostic findings, repair options, and necessary maintenance schedules without high-pressure sales tactics, prioritizing the customer's safety and satisfaction.

• Manage the Experience: Keep customers proactively updated on their vehicle's status, ensuring a smooth, seamless "active delivery" process from drop-off to keys-in-hand.

• Uphold Reputation: Maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required.

• A strong, customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
