Office Assistant

Bring your organizational skills to a creative team where no two days look the same! We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our interior design team with daily operations and client communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, has strong administrative skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll play an important part in keeping the office organized, coordinating schedules, answering client inquiries, and supporting ongoing design projects. What You’ll Do: Prepare, format, and distribute general office documents, reports, and meeting materials to support daily operations Manage office supplies and inventory, track usage, and coordinate ordering to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Assist with preparing client quotes and proposals by gathering information and ensuring documents are accurately formatted and completed for review Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and sending reminders to support staff and leadership teams Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing communication to the appropriate departments Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records, ensuring information is accurate and easy to retrieve Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required 1+ years of general office, administration or customer service experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
