Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of couples and families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, including joint sessions as well as individual sessions for each partner.

• Provide specialized support for a range of issues including substance abuse, trauma, grief, conflict resolution, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Document progress notes and treatment summaries in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to promote collaborative care and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a wide range of psychological and relational challenges. Your expertise as an LMFT will be crucial in guiding families through difficult times, addressing issues such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, job stress, and mother/daughter conflicts. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
