IT Support Specialist

We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a IT Specialist to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. Role Overview You’ll grow your impact as a hands-on IT Support Specialist, helping keep a ~75-person team productive in a regulated consumer finance setting. With guidance from the IT Manager, you’ll own frontline support while strengthening the fundamentals—reliability, clarity, and a security-first mindset aligned to SOC 2 and least-privilege. Key responsibilities: Manage and resolve requests through an ITSM/ticketing system (e.g., Freshservice), plus email and phone, with strong customer service & clear communication Provide Windows environment support and endpoint troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners Perform hardware & software troubleshooting and basic networking (connectivity diagnostics) Support Microsoft 365 applications administration, including Entra ID & Microsoft Intune user/device workflows Execute user onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, access, equipment readiness) Use PowerShell scripting/automation for repeatable admin tasks and contribute to accurate documentation/knowledge articles Qualifications/skills: 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience Ready to build smarter support, onsite in Beverly?
