**Red Hook, Brooklyn Waterfront**
We are seeking talented, hardworking hospitality professionals to join our growing culinary team at one of Brooklyn's most unique waterfront destinations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume operation featuring a restaurant, winery, distillery, cidery, private events, and outdoor waterfront experiences.
**Prep Cooks**
* Prepare ingredients according to chef specifications* Assist with daily kitchen production and organization
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
* Support line cooks and chefs as needed
### Qualifications
* Prior restaurant experience preferred (required for Sous Chef and Cook positions)* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Positive attitude and team-first mentality
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
* Weekend and holiday availability preferred
