Product Manager

Product ManagerWe're seeking a driven, detail oriented individual who is ready to further their career in product management. You will contribute as a core member of the Product team by coordinating design, development, QA testing, and product release efforts. This high-impact role will interface with our design, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure we deliver an outstanding user experience to our customers.Responsibilities include:Interface regularly with sales, customer support, and customer success to discover opportunities to improve the product and resolve any issues.Take ownership over assigned areas of the product, developing expertise that allows you to represent the voice of the customer.Create requirements documentation for new features and contribute to release notes.Contribute to the product roadmap by sharing insights and proposing enhancements that improve the customer experience.Support the development of new processes and procedures for continuous improvements within the product team.Monitor and evaluate the competitive evolving landscape, ensuring our product remains competitive.Conduct product quality and acceptance testing.Assist the product documentation team by providing information about upcoming features and enhancements, and assist in reviewing/editing knowledge base articles.Required Skills & Experience:Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detailPatient, analytical and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to innovate and resolve ambiguityActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can manage and quickly adapt to evolving prioritiesPassion for technology and experience in start-up, particularly SaaS and/ or HR Software preferredMust be at least 18 years oldMust be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United StatesMust pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by lawMust be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 18hrs/weekNote: This is a full-time position.We offer a full benefits package and competitive compensation!
