We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Product Management team and help shape the future of global commerce.What You'll OwnDefine and execute product strategies and roadmaps for complex payment and value-added solutions, aligning business objectives, client needs, and market opportunities.Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.Identify opportunities to expand partner value beyond traditional payment capabilities, translating market insights and customer needs into strategic product recommendations.Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans that maximize product value, profitability, and customer adoption.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and partner engagement activities to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and market requirements into actionable product plans and roadmap initiatives.Partner with technology, delivery, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure solutions meet product objectives, market demands, and business goals.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.4 - 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, software solutions, or a related customer-facing business environment.Experience developing product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and market strategies for complex products or services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work independently, and proactively identify opportunities that drive customer and business value.Excellent partner and stakeholder communication skills with experience building alignment across diverse teams.It's a Bonus If You HaveMBA or other relevant master's degree.Experience working in software development environments, including Agile methodologies and product delivery practices.Experience evaluating customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities to support long-term product growth.A client-focused mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering measurable business outcomes.About the TeamOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
