Bookkeeper

BookkeeperOur client is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate recordkeeping. This role is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with accounting systems in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping recordsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsReconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger balancesPrepare and post journal entries as neededMaintain vendor and customer recordsAssist with month-end close and financial reporting activitiesMonitor cash flow and help track expenses and budgetsEnsure accuracy of invoices, payments, and account codingSupport payroll processing and related recordkeeping when neededMaintain confidentiality of financial information
