Global Commercial Head, Respiratory

Responsibilities
- Lead team of four direct reports and execute global commercial strategy for COPD indication
- Develop and refine brand promotional strategy with innovative approaches to increase global impact
- Analyze business performance and formulate strategic insights to optimize brand performance
- Represent commercial voice on Global Product Team contributing to clinical development decisions
- Collaborate with medical affairs, market development, and advocacy teams to align brand narrative
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sciences
- 10+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industry experience
- Demonstrated ability developing and executing brand strategies with measurable insights
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy including pricing and reimbursement
- Financial competence with clear P&L and business driver knowledge
- Experience engaging with key opinion leaders and payer organizations
Compensation: $267,913-$401,870 base
