Global Commercial Head, Immunology

AstraZeneca seeks an experienced Global Commercial Head for Immunology to lead global business strategy and execution of a major immunology asset. This role involves developing commercial strategy, directing cross-functional teams, and ensuring strong market performance across regions and therapeutic areas including lupus and related conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine global commercial strategy, brand plans, and operational priorities using market and customer insights
- Serve as senior commercial voice on global cross-functional product team; shape development, regulatory, and lifecycle decisions
- Partner across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance, and other functions to align strategy
- Translate global strategy into regional and market-specific direction; support launches and lifecycle growth
- Lead 3-5 direct reports and broader global matrix team; create inclusive, high-performing environment
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Medical, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 10+ years pharmaceutical development and commercialization experience with global brand leadership
- US commercial and launch experience required
- Expertise in rheumatology or dermatology treatment landscape, competitors, and standards of care
- Demonstrated launch and lifecycle management success in specialty-care environments
- Strong grasp of forecasting, market research, pricing, market access, and portfolio planning
- Proven ability to lead direct reports and cross-functional teams in complex global matrices
