SHIPPING CLERK

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing orders are packed securely, labeled accurately, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using major carrier software systems. Prior experience needed working as a Shipping Clerk, Logistics Associate, or similar warehouse role. Responsibilities

• Order Preparation & Packaging
• Documentation & Data Entry
• Creating labels: Generating shipping labels, packing slips, and commercial invoices.
• Managing supplies: Keeping track of boxes, tape, labels, and other shipping materials, and ordering more when stock gets low.
• Using Carrier Software: Operating specialized shipping platforms like UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager to process outgoing packages, compare rates, and generate labels efficiently.
