Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our electronics manufacturing team in Hauppauge, NY. This position is responsible for receiving materials, preparing shipments, keeping inventory organized, and making sure parts and products move through the facility accurately and on time. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, parts, and packages.
• Check shipments for quantity, damage, and accuracy.
• Enter received materials into the company system.
• Pick and prepare materials for production.
• Package finished products and materials for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other paperwork.
• Ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving area.
• Move boxes, parts, and materials throughout the facility.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Follow company safety and shipping procedures.
