Mobile Dog Groomer – Groomer-Owned Business

St. Charles County, MO

$300–$500 per day | 50% Commission W2 + 100% Tips

This is a groomer-owned mobile grooming business serving St. Charles County, Missouri. We’re looking for an experienced dog groomer who wants strong pay, one-on-one grooming, and support from someone who understands grooming firsthand — without rushed days or unrealistic expectations.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality grooming services (bathing, clipping, styling)
Ensure pet comfort and safety at all times
Communicate clearly with pet parents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van
Drive safely between appointments
Manage time efficiently without being rushed

Qualifications

2+ years professional dog grooming experience
Comfortable working independently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and professional

Introductory Period (First 90 Days)

The first 90 days focus on setting you up for success in mobile grooming.

During this time, you’ll receive:

Full commission W2 + 100% of tips
Schedules built with realistic grooming timelines
Direct support from the owner , who is a professional groomer
A clean, fully equipped mobile grooming van , supplies provided, and clear daily structure
