Project Expeditor

Seaford, Delaware Parts, Warehouse & Operations Full-Time Hourly Delaware Region Reports to: Location Manager Position Overview TAM Systems is an industry-leading design-build company specializing in engineering, construction, and service of grain storage, grain handling, feed milling, and agricultural processing facilities. The Project Expeditor supports the day-to-day operations of our Delaware location through customer service, parts coordination, warehouse operations, inventory management, deliveries, purchasing, and sales support. This is a full-time, in-person role for an organized, dependable person who is comfortable in a hands-on environment and communicating with customers, vendors, service technicians, and team members. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, availability, and delivery scheduling. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory, organization, truck loading and unloading, and safety. Monitor inventory levels, perform periodic inventory counts, and reorder parts and supplies as needed. Receive, inspect, load, and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare and stage parts, materials, and equipment for customer orders and jobs. Coordinate and complete local parts and supply deliveries. Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Communicate with customers, vendors, service technicians, and the sales team to coordinate parts and material needs. Support outside sales activities, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within TAM Systems. Qualifications Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to coordinate priorities across customers, vendors, service technicians, and team members. Preliminary knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to stand for long periods and safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb when necessary. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening. Base hourly wage with bonus opportunities. 401(k) with company match. Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
