Administrative Technician

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Technician to support senior leadership within two teams- Large Load & Rate Strategy and Transformation organizations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining strong coordination across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of internal and external meetings
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
• Arrange and manage travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials using Microsoft Office tools and other AI platforms
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with team coordination activities, including events, offsites, and leadership meetings

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience supporting senior leaders preferred
• Interest and aptitude in learning and adopting new tools and technologies, including emerging digital and AI-enabled capabilities
