Associate Attorney - Warranty Litigation

Position Highlights: Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy a flexible work arrangement that combines the best of remote and in-office work. This position can be based in our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices, or the attorney can sit remotely if outside those geographic areas. Mentorship & Growth: Work closely with seasoned partners who are dedicated to your professional development. Ownership & Impact: You’ll handle significant case responsibilities, including drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and contributing at trial. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year civil defense litigation experience , including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery , and case management. Experience with California Warranty Law , including the Song-Beverly Act and related statutes preferred, but not required. Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation. Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure. Proven track record of producing top-quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
