Job Description
Lead enterprise .NET applications across design, development, enhancement, and support.
Own production support: troubleshooting, incident resolution, RCA, and escalations.
Provide technical solutioning for business requirements and application enhancements.
Act as the technical point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
Lead a distributed onsite/offshore team and mentor developers on design, coding standards, and best practices.
Improve existing systems by spotting bottlenecks and risks and recommending scalable, highly available architecture.
Run code reviews to keep deliverables high quality.
Estimate effort and collaborate with QA, Product, and tech teams through development, deployment, and support.
Ability to scrum as needed.
Willingness to extend hours as needed.
Always available 24 hours as needed providing production incidents support.
