Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary This position is with an established retail branch of a Fortune 50 insurance company in Queens, NY. The workplace is fast paced and requires strong organizational and multitasking skills. The role offers potential for advancement and an annual salary of 50K–100K plus bonuses based on experience, with additional benefits after one year of service. Resourcefully resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction. Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business. Discuss coverage gaps to increase or add new products to existing client accounts. Manage time and multitask to complete all necessary daily tasks. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience in a fast‑paced sales environment; prior insurance experience is a plus. Current Property & Casualty license or actively pursuing the license. Fluency in Spanish, and Mandarin or Cantonese. Self‑motivated, quick‑thinking, and possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must pass a background check.
